2. Know How to Stop
Whenever you leave the operating position, stop the
engine by turning the key to off. Remove the key from the switch if unit will
be unattended.
Before unclogging the discharge chute, shut the engine off and wait for all
moving parts to stop.
Do not make any adjustments while the engine is running.
Use a stick, not your hand, to remove obstructions from the discharge chute.
Never leave the operator position without first stopping the engine.
Disconnect Spark Plug before
Adjusting
Before adjusting, cleaning, repairing, and
inspecting the snow blower, pull wire off spark plug and keep wire away from
the plug.
